How do refunds work?
Upon request, we will issue a refund for all future months. You can finish the current month before being reverted to the free plan. Any data not available in the free plan will be permanently deleted during the transition.
How can I change the picture for my account, my avatar?
We use automatically generated avatars by gravatar.com. If you have an account there, you can change your avatar there. This is a global solution for avatars that is highly popular.
How can I collect payments from my customers?
PayPal
The PayPal integration allows your users to pay via PayPal on your Biolink.
Go to PayPal Developer Console and log in to your account after clicking the Log into Dashboard button.
Go to the REST API apps section and click the Create App button.
Add your details for the new App and create it.
Switch to Live by clicking the button near your new App's Name.
Copy the Client ID and Secret Key
Make sure to switch the Mode to Live and Submit the new settings.
You now have the information to configure the payment block for PayPal.
Stripe
The Stripe integration allows your users to pay via Stripe on your Biolink.
Go to Stripe Dashboard and log in to your account.
Go to the Stripe API Keys page.
Make sure your API keys are set to Live Mode so that you can accept actual payments.
Copy the Publishable Key and Secret Key.
You now have the information you need to configure the payment block for Stripe.
Crypto.com
The Crypto.com integration allows users to pay with crypto via the Crypto.com payment gateway.
Go to Crypto.com Merchant and log in to your account.
Go to the Developers page.
Copy the Publishable Key and Secret Key.
You now have the information you need to configure the payment block for Crypto.com.
Paystack
The Paystack integration allows your users to pay via the Paystack payment gateway.
Go to Paystack and log in to your account.
Go to the Settings page -> API Keys & Webhooks tab on Paystack.
Copy the relevant information over to linkmyprofile.io.
Razorpay
The Razorpay integration allows your users to pay via the Razorpay payment gateway.
Go to Razorpay and log in to your account.
Go to the Settings page -> API Keys tab on Razorpay & generate your API keys.
You now have the information you need to configure the payment block for Razorpay.
How does referral/affiliate marketing work?
The referral/affiliate marketing allows you to get a percentage of all future payments for anyone you bring in. For example, if you're on the Solopreneur plan, you get a 20% commission; if you're on the Entrepreneur plan, you get a 30% commission; and if you're on the Agency plan, you get a 50% commission. Payments are eligible for commission payout 30 days after they're first submitted. You can request to withdraw your balance once you hit $10. Payments will be made via PayPal.
